At Deliveroo, we are committed to celebrating our unique differences and fostering a sense of belonging for everyone.
We strive to create a workplace where everyone can reach their full potential. Achieving gender equity means fostering a culture where all gender identities are represented and supported. Reviewing our pay gap progress each year ensures we take the right actions to move us forward.
Extensive work is underway across the company to drive continued improvements in representation. We recognise that closing the gap takes time - especially in the tech industry, where representation remains a challenge. However, we are committed to taking meaningful action to make Deliveroo a place where all genders can succeed and thrive.

Deliveroo has a structured action plan to improve our gender pay gap, with specific, measurable, and time-bound targets. Our focus areas include:
- Recruitment policies that strengthen women's representation.
- Compensation policies that guard against bias.
- Company policies and benefits that help level the playing field.
- Talent development programs that support women in progressing their careers.
We also continuously review our people systems, such as performance processes, to ensure fairness and equity. Additionally, our employee resource groups play a vital role in amplifying the voices of historically marginalised and underrepresented communities. Today, we have seven employee resource groups focused on gender, race, LGBTQ+, disability, neurodiversity, mental health, and support for parents and carers.
