Adam Miller joined Deliveroo in early 2019 as Vice President, Corporate Strategy. He stepped into the role of interim CFO later that year before his permanent appointment in July 2020. Adam has played a pivotal role in helping Deliveroo to navigate the impact of Covid-19, preparing the company to emerge in a strong position.
Before joining Deliveroo Adam worked at travel company Expedia Group for seven years, where he held a number of senior positions, including Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Vice President, Strategy and Analytics, managing large teams and functions across markets. Immediately before joining Deliveroo Adam was Chief Revenue Officer at CarTrawler, a B2B travel technology platform.
Akshay joined Deliveroo in 2017 as a result of the acquisition of New York based food delivery start-up, Maple - where Akshay was Co-founder and COO. He has also held a number of Product Leadership roles at other organizations, such as Quidsi (acquired by Amazon) and was briefly on the other side of the table as a VC at a seed stage fund in New York.
Caleb joined Deliveroo in 2017 through the acquisition of New York-based food delivery start-up, Maple - where he was Co-founder and CEO. Initially Caleb helped run Deliveroo’s Special Projects division which included initiatives like Editions, Food Purchasing, Original Content, Electric Vehicles, New Country Launches and Low Priced Meals. In December 2018, Caleb moved into his current role.
Carlo joined Deliveroo in September 2020. Prior to Deliveroo, Carlo spent seven years at Amazon. In his last role he led the Grocery business for Europe and Japan and was previously a partner at McKinsey & Co.
Chantelle joined Deliveroo in 2017 to lead Corporate and Compliance. She was appointed General Counsel in April 2019. Chantelle has led every Deliveroo fundraise since the Series A. Prior to joining Deliveroo, Chantelle was a Senior Associate in the Financial Institutions team at Norton Rose Fulbright. She has previously worked at the private equity specialist law firm Dickson Minto in London and in the Corporate and Capital Markets team at Simpson Grierson in New Zealand.
Dan joined Deliveroo in 2018. Prior to that, Dan was a Director of Engineering for YouTube at Google, led engineering, operations, and product for Amazon S3 at Amazon Web Services, and led developer strategy for SQL Server at Microsoft.
Eric joined Deliveroo in January 2021. Prior to that, Eric worked at Amazon for 15 years where he held a variety of leadership positions. Most recently, Eric was Vice President for Amazon’s US Consumables business where he had responsibility for the household, beauty, baby, and grocery categories.
Hadi joined Deliveroo in 2019. Prior to that, Hadi was General Manager for Northern Europe, Central & Eastern Europe and Middle East & Africa at Airbnb, and has also held a number of roles at Facebook in the EMEA region.
Rohan joined Deliveroo in 2016 and has held various executive roles including serving as the company's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sales Officer between 2018 and 2020. Prior to joining Deliveroo, Rohan was a founding team member for Amazon Prime Now 3P, and has also held roles at Blackstone Private Equity and McKinsey.
Thea Rogers is the Chief Consumer Officer at Deliveroo. She joined in January 2017 having previously served as chief of staff to the Chancellor of the Exchequer. Thea began her career as a journalist at the BBC where she became the political editor's producer in charge of coverage on the main BBC news bulletins.
Will founded Deliveroo in February 2013, alongside his childhood friend Greg Orlowski. The two paired technology with the nation’s best-loved restaurants to bring great tasting food straight to people’s front door.
Will still enjoys regularly delivering food orders on his bike. Before Deliveroo, Will worked in finance in New York and London.
