Founder & CEO

Will founded Deliveroo in February 2013, alongside his childhood friend Greg Orlowski. The two paired technology with the nation’s best-loved restaurants to bring great tasting food straight to people’s front door. 

Will still enjoys regularly delivering food orders on his bike. Before Deliveroo, Will worked in finance in New York and London.

Scilla Grimble

Chief Financial Officer

Experience

Before joining Deliveroo, Scilla was the Chief Financial Officer of Moneysupermarket Group plc. She was previously Interim Chief Financial Officer at Marks & Spencer where she was also Director, Group Finance, and she has held a range of senior finance and leadership roles at Tesco. Scilla spent 10 years at UBS where she was Managing Director and Head, Consumer & Retail Investment Banking EMEA, and she began her career at PwC where she qualified as a chartered accountant. Scilla is currently a Non-Executive Director at Taylor Wimpey plc.

Adam Bishop

Chief Product Officer

Adam was appointed Chief Product Officer in October 2023 having been promoted from the role of VP Advertising. He leads the Product, Brand & Marketing, Design & Experience and Advertising organisations. Prior to joining Deliveroo in July 2021, Adam worked in media as SVP of BBC Studios EMEA and before that held a variety of leadership roles at P&G for 13 years.

Carlo Mocci

Chief Business Officer Europe

Carlo joined Deliveroo in September 2020. Prior to Deliveroo, Carlo spent seven years at Amazon. In his last role he led the Grocery business for Europe and Japan and was previously a partner at McKinsey & Co.

Camilla Kater

Advisor to the CEO and SVP of Care and Rider

Camilla joined Deliveroo in early 2016. Over the course of her 7 years here, she has held senior leadership positions in our Operations, Marketing and Commercial organisations.
Prior to joining Deliveroo, Camilla was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. and completed an INSEAD MBA.

Chantelle Zemba

General Counsel

Chantelle joined Deliveroo in 2017 to lead Corporate and Compliance. She was appointed General Counsel in April 2019. Chantelle has led every Deliveroo fundraise since the Series A. Prior to joining Deliveroo, Chantelle was a Senior Associate in the Financial Institutions team at Norton Rose Fulbright. She  has previously worked at the private equity specialist law firm Dickson Minto in London and in the Corporate and Capital Markets team at Simpson Grierson in New Zealand.

Dan Winn

Chief Technology Officer

Dan Winn was appointed Chief Technology Officer in September 2019, having been promoted from the role of VP of engineering, a position he held since joining Deliveroo in October 2018.  He leads the engineering and data science organisations. Dan was formerly a Director of Engineering at Google, and before that held senior leadership roles at Amazon and Microsoft.

Eric French

Chief Operating Officer

Eric joined Deliveroo in January 2021. Prior to that, Eric worked at Amazon for 15 years where he held a variety of leadership positions. Most recently, Eric was Vice President for Amazon’s US Consumables business where he had responsibility for the household, beauty, baby, and grocery categories.

Tony Murphy

Chief People Officer (Interim)

Tony joined Deliveroo as Interim Chief People Officer in May 2023. He is a highly experienced HR leader with over thirty years experience across a range of companies and industries, including  across the food and beverage industry. Prior to joining Deliveroo he spent time as an Executive Coach and prior to that he held a variety of senior HR leadership positions at Diageo plc, Mondelez International, ARYZTA and Cadbury Plc.
