A note from our founder
Our industry is at an early stage of maturity and we see multiple opportunities ahead to drive strong topline growth and to generate sustainable profit and free cash flow.
Growth levers include continuing to strengthen our CVP by focusing on affordability and improving the reliability of our service so we bolster consumer trust, as well as scaling our grocery and retail verticals.
We aim to serve more consumer missions and ensure consumers have a highly personalised experience, enabling them to quickly and easily find what they want. Expansion of our Deliveroo Plus loyalty programme will see Deliveroo become a Plus-first business by 2026 and our advertising business will scale, offering an increasingly compelling proposition for advertisers.
On profitability, we are continuing to drive efficiencies across the business, with a particular focus on marketing and our delivery network, as well as increasing automation.
As ever, we will stay true to our core hyperlocal approach, focusing first on neighbourhoods with the greatest profit potential, winning them neighbourhood by neighbourhood. I’m excited about the further opportunities ahead. We have clear strategic priorities and initiatives in place to achieve our medium-term targets, and I am confident in our ability to deliver continued profitable growth.
